Product FAQs : What should I consider before starting The Plan/Contra-indications

Medication and Medical Conditions

Because of the restricted calorie intake of some Cambridge programmes, we have established seven categories for medical conditions and medication. This is designed to give Cambridge Consultants guidelines on the most suitable programme for customers with Medical Conditions to follow, whilst allowing the flexibility of using higher calorie programmes.

  1. Contraindicated - You cannot use ANY programme
  2. Some Programmes Restriction: Category B1 (Step 4: 1200kcal);
    Category B2 (Step 3:1000kcal); Category B3 (Step 2:810kcal)
  3. Category C1: Special precautions-any programme: C2 – Special Precautions and Diabetes
  4. Category D: Any programme
